Spillo was born in 2019, from an ancient recipe called Super Bar. In the 50’s Mokaor was looking for the lightest roasting, so en vogue today. Super Bar was born in that years to respond at the growing demand for a sweetest and scented espresso blend. Today is a landmark for whom is looking for an easily digestable, perfumed and sweet coffee.
BORN COLD.
Cold Brew is a cold water steeping process for coffee. It’s a unique thing. Cold water extraction gives coffee a very low level of sourness, and very little bitter flavours, for a result that could be easily tolerated also for people who suffers from digestive disorders. The real benefit of this method is the sweet natural taste, without the addition of sugar and with a good amount of caffeine.
COLD CONSERVED:
For its conservation we have chosen low-temperature pasteurization to keep the sensory and nutritional qualities of our Spillo unaltered and increase its shelf life considerably.
Such a fragrant and delicate product could not have been heated to high temperatures with other conservation processes.
COLD BREWED:
The aid of Nitrogen during the tapping gives a very nice intensity to the coffee, producing a “cascade” effect just like a stout beer, making it even more beautiful and “Ready to Drink”.
