Cavalier Cassi, perpetually dissatisfied with the quality obtained, understood the need to create the right balance between the individual origins of the bean and its roasting, capable of adapting to the new type of extraction.
Thus was born the "perfect blend",
characterized by the right balance between different qualities of Arabica and Robusta and composed of "biscuit" grains”, without the use water in roasting process;
the Super Bar.
Mokaor came to life thanks to this idea
